Ss16 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the ss16 platform and is binding on all registered users. Please read it carefully before using any of the services provided. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the ss16 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
To use ss16's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- Not be on any active self-exclusion programme list.
- Using the platform for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
Ss16 reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements without providing detailed reasons.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on the ss16 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and their balances forfeited.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. ss16 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including copies of valid identification documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party uses your account without your authorisation.
- Notify ss16 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity carried out through your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
Ss16 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by another party as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All transactions on the ss16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ss16 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name — the use of bank accounts or digital wallets belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to your ss16 account cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances determined by platform management. All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may take between one to five business days, depending on your chosen withdrawal method and account verification status.
Ss16 reserves the right to:
- Placing withdrawal processing on hold pending the completion of security reviews or identity verification.
- Rejecting withdrawal requests where there are signs of unusual activity or suspected fraud.
- Requiring additional verification for transactions that exceed certain limits as a user protection measure.
Any taxes, bank service fees, or processing charges imposed by third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Users are advised to review transaction details before confirming any deposit or withdrawal. For transaction-related enquiries, contact ss16 support at [email protected].
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the ss16 platform for lawful and appropriate purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Involvement in any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
- Sharing or selling your account to another party.
- Using a VPN or other methods of concealment to bypass regional restrictions or platform policies.
Regarding liability limits, ss16 shall not be responsible for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, system maintenance, or network failures beyond ss16's control. ss16's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ss16 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of ss16 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ss16.
Third-party links
The ss16 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ss16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Ss16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:
- Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
- A request from the user to close their account.
- Instructions from a competent authority or court order.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the platform's policy.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, ss16 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For closures made at the user's request or for reasons not involving a violation, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the required verification process.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register under a different name, identity, or personal details.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ss16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at the sole discretion of platform management. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform unless stated otherwise. Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the ss16 platform after any changes to the terms have been published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any such dispute.
